Healing After Divorce With God

There are no problems, only opportunities when we live our lives from our position with Christ in God’s Kingdom. We have the opportunity to look at things differently, to build our relationship stronger with Him. Our job is to learn, receive, and embrace His love and grace as a lifestyle.

I learned the hard way that there are no shortcuts...I had to learn how to truly walk with God. I had to learn the language of a new creation in Him and develop a mind like Christ. He’s too wise and full of love to be logical. His thinking is always founded on His love for us. So when you come from a place of love rather than logic, you are thinking and acting like Christ! God made us human beings, not human doings! Philippians 2:5 NIV “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.”

This stage of your relationship with Father God is for you to learn how to be truly at peace, joyful, and whole.

Healing is a process

1. Keep an open heart – You must give Him all the pieces of your brokenness or He can’t completely restore you.
2. Forgive yourself and others.
3. Connect to a Christian community. Holy Spirit filled people will tell you what the Word has to say.
4. Make peace with the fact that you will never have all the answers on this side of heaven.
5. Take your pain to Jesus and let Him heal you. Don’t partner with offense, pain, and wounds. Send it or them to the foot of the cross where they belong. Partner with Him in your recovery!

Healing and our relationship with Christ go together

I encourage you to grow closer to Father God through reading the Bible, attending church, online teachings from Spirit filled teachers, and praying which is the actual act of conversing with Father God! God is a redeeming God! Look in the mirror and tell yourself that “God has redeemed me!”

God has a great plan for your lives. I believe it and declare it in the name of Jesus. Know this, what the enemy has meant for evil, God in His Holiness and Power will restore exceedingly and abundantly, according to His riches in the kingdom which is unlimited! Why because He is God and we are His kids, redeemed through Christ! I’m seeing it in my own life as well as others! We just have to leave offense, hurt, pain, and judgment at the foot of the Cross! 2 Cor. 1:2 Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Because you are loved!
